DigiTasting® is a unique platform created by the Vins d'Alsace that allows wine professionals to virtually meet Alsatian winemakers for real tastings. DigiTasting® is the first "phygital" device entirely designed by a winery, and allows you to immerse yourself in the crossroads of the wine world. The device puts the product at the heart of the exchanges through tasting boxes, so that the discussions focus on the wine and the know-how of the winemakers. In order to respect the soul of Alsace wines, the wines are bottled in the region of origin, in a mini glass flute shaped like the traditional Rhine flute. An exclusive technological process guarantees the integrity of the wines and preserves their qualities and their most subtle nuances. The boxes can be delivered free of charge in France and throughout the world, and the device is reserved exclusively for professionals. In a world first, Alsace is launching this device for its trade show of excellence from June 7 to 9, 2021: Millésimes Alsace DigiTasting®.
